The development of personal competencies is essential in the training of project managers. However, traditional methods present limitations. To address this gap, an interactive learning path prototype was designed, based on active methodologies and digital tools, facilitating progressive and personalized learning.
Methodologically, the learning path was structured for the competency with the greatest opportunity for improvement among graduates of the Master's program in Integral Project Management at the Universidad Escuela Colombiana de Ingeniería Julio Garavito. It was divided into sequential modules according to the structure of the IPMA (International Project Management Association) model, incorporating the 70-20-10 model to balance formal, social, and experiential learning. The application of practical and adaptive knowledge experiences in real contexts was prioritized.
The results show that a learning path can be a complementary resource for developing personal competencies in project management, optimizing idea transmission, adaptation to multicultural environments, and self-learning. The incorporation of digital tools facilitates learning and promotes self-management.
In conclusion, interactive learning paths strengthen professional preparation, improve team coordination, and enhance leadership in projects, demonstrating their effectiveness as an innovative strategy to bridge the gap between academic training and labor market demands.
